Reservation Policy for Day Tours and Rentals
Day tour reservations may be made on our website or by calling our office directly. To make a reservation for a day tour, lesson, or rental we require a valid credit card number to be held as the deposit. We do not run your card until the day of the tour or rental. Upon arrival at Pangaea Adventures, you may pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Travelers Check.
Reservation Policy Extended Tours
Reserve your spot early, our tours fill quickly and early registration ensures the best organization. To make a reservation just fill out the registration form on this web site, or call our office directly to reserve your space over the phone. Your space is reserved once we receive a 25% deposit or full payment of the tour. Please be sure to specify the exact tour location, date, and type on the application.
Upon receiving your registration form and deposit Pangaea Adventures will send a tour confirmation, guest questionnaire and equipment list.

To reserve a trip, please fill out the form and all required fields. Your credit card will not be charged until we have reviewed your reservation request. Following your reservation request, you’ll receive an automated email confirming a successful submission. If necessary, we’ll contact you further regarding any additional information. If you plan to book a multi-day trip, please make sure to also submit the questionnaire here.
Cancellation Policies
Day Tour and Rental Cancellation
Policy We offer a 48 hour cancellation policy for all day tours and rentals. This means that you may cancel or change your reservation any time prior to 48 hours before the tour without penalty. If you cancel within the 48 hours prior to the tour, then you are responsible for the full price of the tour as shown on your invoice. A “no show” is considered a cancellation without prior notice and your credit card will be charged the full amount on the invoice. No exceptions. If you pay in advance by credit card, but then cancel before you’re within 48 hours of the trip, we must charge a 6% service fee to cover our charges. This is why we have you pay the day of the tour. Cancellations must be made in writing.

MULTI-DAY TOUR REFUND POLICY
Cancellations may be made by phone but MUST be confirmed in writing. If you must cancel for ANY REASON, a refund is available based on the following schedule:
60 days or more prior to departure date..full refund, less 6% tour rate 30-60 days prior to tour start date……….50% refund, less 6% service fee. Less Than days 30 prior to tour start date……….No Refund Given
NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF TOUR DEPARTURE.

CHANGING TOUR DATES (Multi-Day Tours)
You may change tour dates, based on space availability, with no charge if dates are changed 30 days prior to tour departure.
If the dates are changed within the 15-30 days, there will be a $75 charge for each person involved in the schedule change. If the dates are changed within 8-14 days of departure 25% of the trip cost will be added to your trip cost per person. Less than 7 days a 50% addition will be made to trip cost per person.
Pangaea Adventures reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time and for any reason. A full refund will be returned to the registered clients. Pangaea Adventures is not responsible for additional expenses incurred including non-refundable airline tickets, equipment, or hotel reservations before the tour date, etc. We recommend you acquire trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself. Pangaea adventures is not responsible for the paying client missing a tour for any reason. Failure to show up for a tour on time is considered a cancellation and no refund or date changes are available.
