We have taken many beginner paddlers on our 6 Day Shoup Glacier to Glacier Island Paddle. Most fall in the Adventurous Beginner category. We might suggest a beginner paddler with no experiece in the outdoors consider customizing a trip.
6 Day Shoup Glacier to Glacier Island Sea Kaak Camping Tour
8 Day Remote Glaciers and Bays (Meares Glacier to Colubia Glacier) This is a more strenous trip than the 6 day paddle. Andventurous beginners will be in Tandem Kayaks.
Choose to stay in a Lodge or on a Boat
Both options offer comfortable accomodations and flexible itineraries for paddling. The lodge offers more space, but the mothership offers more destinations to paddle and explore.

All of our Wildreness Lodge based trips are suitable for all levels of paddlers. We customize each trip for who ever is on the trip. Some trips are more active and challenging than others. It is up to you.

5 Day Prince William Sound Wilderness Lodge Adventure (more of a multi-sport trip than a total paddling trip.)
Customized trip lengths are also available.
All of our Motheship based trips are suitable for all levels of paddlers. We customize each trip for whomever is on the trip. Some trips are more active and challenging than others. It is up to you and there are always options to take a break or pick up the pace. This is why we love mothership trips so much.
