Hannah... The Famous Kayaking Marema.

Hannah is a pure bred Marema, or Tuscan Sheep Dog. She was born in Tuscany, Italy in October of 1997 and joined the Pangaea Adventures family in January 1998.

Although she is very shy, she is extremely loyal to her family. Her instincts are to guard us so she may bark when she firsts meets someone, but then after a short time will become a persons best friend. Her tail wags in excitement whenever one of her friends comes to visit.
Hannah does not like to swim but can spend many hours cruising Prince William Sound in a kayak. Her claim to fame is being a star on the TV series, "Treks in a Wild World" on the TRAVEL CHANNEL. During the series she joined Kenny Blum, the guide, and Bradley, the show host, on a multi-day kayak tour from Valdez to Columbia Glacier. She enjoyed watching all of the wildlife and running around on the beaches and glaciers.

Hannah is a mascot of sorts for Pangaea Adventures. She hangs around the office and greets all who join the tours. She is looking forward to meeting you in Valdez.
